I. Creating Magic Memory Stick (Files Above Needed)
1. Start the Application and load in the Eboot files.
2. Select your PSP Drive to be formatted and prepared.
3. Select the "Installation Options" and choose the installers, programs,
and other options you would like to do to your Memory Stick.
4a.(Optional) If you selected to install the XMB or Pandora Support Tools,
you will need to go to the "Support Tools Options" tab and select the
programs that you want to install.
4b.(Optional) Go back to the "Firmware+Pandora Options" and use the Pandora
Button Configurator to set up the buttons to your liking.
5. Press the "Start" button to start formatting and copying files to your PSP.
II. Using The Pandora Battery & Magic Memory Stick
1. Charge your Pandora Battery.
2. Remove the battery and memory card (if any) from the PSP.
3. Insert the magic memory card into your PSP.
4. (If you have an LED) Press and hold the Push Button on the LED Pandora battery for 8 seconds. It will start flashing. This is means it is in Pandora Mode.
5. Insert the Pandora Battery into your PSP.
6. Now, if you look on the left corner of your PSP, you will see two lights and the screen will light up.
7. Now Press X and the PSP will install the 4.01M33 application.
8. Remove the Pandora Battery and insert the regular battery.
9. “ONLY FOR FAT PSP THIS STEP” Turn on the PSP and go to the Game-Memory Stick. Press X and install the 1.50 Kernel Addon for 4.01. Click on X to agree to the terms.
10. Hold the power button until the PSP turns off. Press the power button and hold down the R button at the same time. This will allow the PSP to enter the Service Mode.
11. Under the Configuration ensure the follow settings are correct:
Hide corrupt icons on enabled
Fake region on disable
On the UMD mode press X until you set it to (m33 driver –no UMD-)
If you are running homebrew games set 4.01 kernel to 1.50 kernel
Use the back option, and then go down to Registry hacks
Activate WMA and the Flash Player by selecting on it
Go back and exit
You now have 4.01M33-2!
12. For the 5.00M33 go to Game-Memory Stick, PSP Update ver 5.00. Follow the on screen instructions. If you have the fat PSP do the 1.50 Addon for 5.00 under the game menu. (Press and hold the triangle and the L button if your PSP says that you need to charge your battery. This is to bypass the battery check.)
13. To convert a battery (Non-LED) from a Pandora to normal battery go to Game-Memory Stick, then Pandora Installer 3.XX. Instructions will be on the screen.
